Dr. Rajan Sharm, MS (Orthopaedic), after working at PGI Chandigarh & doing fellowships in joint replacements
& spine from South Korea, Japan, Germany & France, came to Yamuna Nagar to realize his father Dr. Jai
Parkash Sharma's dream to setting of the art multispeciality hospital & medical training institutions.
In this step Rajan Hospital, a 70 bedded multispeciality hospital with all the modern equipments was set
up on 4th October 2006. The hospital is recognised by Govt. of Haryana for the treatment of their employees,
BSNL, ECHS & Reliance Energy. The hospital is equipped with ventilator, image intensifier, monitors,
defibilators, central oxygen & suction.
In pursuance of realizing the dream Dr. Jai Parkash Sharma Memorial School & College of Nursing has been set
up. Our aim is to provide good quality education & to teach high moral & ethical values to the future of the
nursing community so that they can meet the challenges of new millennium. Medical facilities & education
have undergone a sea change over the past few years & our talents is recognised worldwide keeping this in
mind we need to have trained health personnel both in the urban & rural areas to deliver quality healthcare
to our needy population. Also the overseas demand for nurses is increasing day by day & we aim to train our
students in the most modern methods of teaching & efforts will be made to get suitable affiliations.
